Personal superintelligence
A mind made of yours.
Intelligence shaped around one person: you. It remembers what you choose to share, thinks things through with you and acts only where you allow. And it gets sharper twice over: as it gets to know you, and as better AI models arrive. The last word stays yours.
The more you let me know, the more I can carry. You decide how much.
Sources
You choose what it knows.
Nothing is read until you switch it on. Each source says what it’s used for. Switch one off and it stops using it.
I’ll always ask before I use something new.
What you know
Your work, your field, the people in your life.
What you like
Window seats, short emails, calls after two.
How you work
The order you do things in, and the shortcuts you take.
How you sound
Your words and, if you choose, your voice.
Thinks with you
It thinks with you, not for you.
Bring it a hard choice. It brings back what you already know, what you said you wanted and the trade-offs, in plain words, with where each one came from.
Should I take the Lisbon offer?
Here’s what you already know.
In March you wrote: “Next year, fewer flights.”
From your notesThe offer: more pay, and three days a week in the Lisbon office.
From your emailYour best weeks this year had no travel in them.
From your calendarIt’s your call. Want both versions of next year, side by side?
Permission
It acts only where you allow.
Thinking, drafting, acting and speaking are separate permissions. Give one, try it, take it back. Press a step to see what changes.
- Pay, sign or agree to anything
- Speak as you to someone new
- Share a private file
- Change a password or an account
Send your reply to Dana? Say 48 to approve.
Act once you’ve said yes, every time.
Everything, with a two-digit code.
At every step: no payment, signature or promise without your yes.
Over time
It grows as you do.
Your mind gets better in two ways at once. It knows your world a little better every week, and it thinks better whenever better AI models arrive. What it remembers stays in your yourOS, as memories you can read, correct or forget.
Every model I move to starts out knowing you. That part never resets.
It knows you better
Every week it remembers a little more of what you share: how you like things, who matters, what you’re working towards.
It thinks better
As better AI models arrive, yourOS moves to them for you. Everything it knows about you comes along, so each new model starts out knowing you.
Your name, and the sources you switched on.
How you like your mornings, and who you answer first.
How you write to clients, and the shortcuts you take.
What you’re working towards, and what pulls you off it.
You’d rather have calls after 2pm.
You sign off with “Cheers”, never “Best”.
You’re saving for a flat by next summer.
Your terms
The rules it can’t break.
Fourteen promises, built in rather than bolted on. They hold at every step, for your mind and your twin alike.
Yours to own
Your data, and everything made from it, belongs to you, on your own private server.
Asked, never assumed
Nothing is used until you say yes, one source at a time.
You pick the sources
Switch any source on or off. Off means it stops using it.
Memory you can see
Every memory is a card to read, correct or forget. Pause it any time.
On your own server
What it remembers lives on your own private server, inside a private network.
Take it, or end it
Export everything, or delete it for good, whenever you like.
One permission at a time
Thinking, drafting, acting and speaking are separate. Take any back.
On the record
Every action and everything remembered is logged: what, when, why and from where.
Says it’s AI
When it acts or speaks for you, it says first that it’s an AI.
Your yes first
No payment, booking, signature or promise without your approval.
Your voice, taken back
Switch your twin’s voice off and it’s deleted.
Checked it’s yours
A voice is only made once you’ve confirmed it’s your own.
Only ever you
It never makes a voice of, or speaks as, anyone else.
No hidden use
Never sold, never for ads, never used where you can’t see it.
The record
Every move, on the record.
What it did, what it remembered, why, and with which of your data. Read it, search it, export it. Nothing it does is off the books.

Honestly
A model of you, not a copy.
Personal superintelligence is where we’re heading: intelligence that knows your world well enough to make you far more capable. It is not a mind of its own, and it never pretends to be you.
I know you well. I’m still not you, and I never pretend to be.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
The short answers to what people ask us most.
Is it really superintelligence?
Not yet, and we won’t say it is. Personal superintelligence is where we’re heading: intelligence shaped around one person, that knows your world well enough to make you far more capable. Today Roxy remembers, thinks things through with you and acts where you allow. Each part says plainly whether it’s ready.
How does it get smarter over time?
Two ways at once. It remembers a little more of what you share each week, and as better AI models arrive, yourOS moves to them for you. Everything it knows about you comes along, so each new model starts out knowing you.
Does it train an AI on my data?
No. It remembers what you share, as memories and settings you can read, correct or delete, in your own yourOS. Your memories aren’t used to train shared AI models, and nothing is drawn from a source you haven’t switched on.
Can I see everything it knows about me?
Yes. Every memory is a card you can read, correct or forget, and the record shows what it remembered, when, and where from.
Can it act without me?
Only in the contexts you’ve allowed, and never to pay, sign or promise anything. Those always wait for your yes, with a two-digit code.
When can I use it?
Mind is in yourOS now. yourOS itself has a waitlist: join and you’ll get one email when it’s your turn.
