What’s new
Before anything is built, the Harness asks what it needs to know, right on the task: pick one, pick several, or write an answer. Then comes a plan in plain words, and only then a technical plan that has to cover everything you asked for before it can be approved.
Why it matters
The cheapest mistake is the one you catch before it’s built.
