What’s new
A blocked or failed task now gives its real reason and a Try again button. A check that ends without an answer is simply asked again. And “Request changes” now asks you to write what should change, which goes straight to the agent fixing it.
Why it matters
An honest “this is stuck, and here’s why” beats a spinner every time.
